Laura & Boris

This French couple said I do in a majestic village in the French Alps, Mègeve. They always loved Mègeve because of its luxurious atmosphere and jaw-dropping views. They couldn’t wait to share this dreamy destination with their guests.

The morning of the wedding was tranquil. The bride and her best friends all had champagne and toasted to fun memories. The guys all laughed and joked around as they slipped on their festive socks and grey suits with their black bowties. Everyone really brought the glam.

The ceremony was set under a beautiful tent decorated with glimmering string lights and florals. At the end of the aisle stood two Christmas trees under white branches which made an arch. The flower girl and ring barrier carried two red roses down to the front before Laura and Boris shared their vows with one another. The ceremony was thoughtful and sweet incorporating many details of the couple’s love story.

After the big kiss and the official “I do” the guests headed to the cocktail hour while Laura and Boris headed off for some photos. They wanted to be sure to schedule some time to really soak in the moment together after the emotional ceremony. They took a mini caleche ride for a few photos and stopped to dance in the snow before heading to the reception.

Laura and Boris were so excited to see the dining room – they even asked to have their reaction photographed by the photo and video team. They were blown away. It was everything they imagined for their intimate Alps wedding. Everyone sat at long oval tables with cozy warm lights hung above them and small candles flickering on the tabletops. The room was filled with smells of French food and laughs from the guests. It was an unbelievable night they would never forget.

Dinner: Fresh fish, mushroom risotto, and paleron de bœuf with toast savoyard, mousse pomme de terr au loard, gravlax, terrine foie gras, et croustillant canard confit.
Late night: Raclette & decouppe de jambon with potatoes & toast
