Heading up 3,842m to altitude for an extreme mountain top ceremony has its thrills!

This adventurous duo said I do on the Aiguille du Midi terrace with breathtaking 360 degree views of the Mont-Blanc mountain range that are unparalleled and will leave you speechless.

Can you imagine being surrounded by experienced alpinists with crampons, ice picks, and ropes mixed with guests in dresses, suits, and hats? Then you add in a few wing-suit thrill seekers jumping off the cliffs, which not unusual for mountain-top weddings at this altitude, and you have an extreme guest list!

This daring couple traveled up to the mountain top in a see-through cable car with views of glaciers and jagged mountains peeping from the snow. As they watched the Chamonix valley get smaller and smaller they held each other tight knowing they would return as husband and wife.

Francesca & Conleth exchanged their vows on a terrace of one of the highest peaks in the Mont Blanc range. They vowed to always keep life interesting and never forget to make time for adventures. They sure didn’t waste any time fulfilling that promise.

The following day they put their beautiful wedding attire back on and jumped off the mountainside for a paragliding flight in true Chamonix style! This valley is often called the valley of extreme because high adrenaline sports like this are actually really common. 

After paragliding down to the valley they enjoyed a simple picnic in the town with local specialties sourced from the Alps region. Fresh fromage, just-baked pastries, and rich red wine matched with giggles and memories that will last forever. 

We can’t wait to see what comes next for these two! We know for sure, this love is far will never be boring.
